Return policy

You can request a refund of your order within the first 30 days since the order was delivered to you. Once the 30 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. After discussing the refund with our support agents you have to ship the order back within the next 10 days. See the shipping section of this document for more detail.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, depending on the condition of the device.

After your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your bank. Depending on the bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our support.

Shipping

Discuss your return with our support team. They will order a DHL pickup at the location of your choice. We cover costs of return shipping of your order but we do not provide refunds for shipping cost to your location (that happened upon your order) and will only refund the cost of the devices. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

While you are not required to inform us about the reason for your return, we appreciate your feedback and work hard to improve the smart home experiences of all our customers.
