This is why we’re going to make life easier for all 1Home Partners this year, starting with these three major changes:
1. We are offering direct phone support
One of the most important changes to boost our partnership is building a direct line of communication between you and us. This was partially done from the beginning in the form of chat support but since 2022 we’re separating end-customer support that will remain via the chat and B2B support. The latter will be run over a direct phone line reserved for partners only. Once you register as a partner you will get access to the phone number.
The phone support line will be open Monday through Friday from 9-5 CET both in English and German language.
2. We’re becoming a B2B-first company
As a part of becoming a B2B-centered company we are welcoming onboard two experienced key team members that will elevate our partner communication on several levels. From offering a direct phone line in English and German language exclusively for partners, our skillful team of experts are ready to support your sales and technical questions.
Combining 30+ years of experience in the smart home sector, both Satja and Ramin are ready to solve project-related issues directly, just by scheduling a call at the time slot that suits you best. We are also offering price protection for our partners by giving you insight into our campaign plan for the whole 2022. This way you will be able to offer additional discounts to your customers or simply raise your margins for the no-promotion periods.
3. We’re supporting you on your way and connecting you with our users. Become 1Home Service Provider and get your pin on the map.
We’re addressing the raising demand of our end-customers to receive the full service 1Home Bridge setup from a professional. This is why at the beginning of February 2022 we’re placing an interactive map of all of our Service Providers on our webpage. Each with their own pin on the map together with their contact information where our customers will be able to step in contact with them directly.
By doing all this we’ll be literally sending the customers in your direction and you’ll be able to offer them your services.
